To be honest not much.
It was nice and simple for my first job.
Not all but most of my coworkers are very defensive when approached about problems in the workplace which leads to very stressful shifts.
They can hire more people. We have 50% of the staff we should have on 3rd shift 1 cook instead of 2 and 1 server instead of the 3 that we should have.
The leadership team is very out of touch with the people on the ground. leading to unrealistic goals and deadlines. When the pandemic hit the people on the top took away cook bonuses and 25% of the unit manager salaries. I am about to leave waffle house and never look back.
