The company also needs to show care for those who has been with the company over 5, 10, 15 + years and reward then with higher incentive/salary

My team stands out and always perform better than rest of the teams in our operation. The associates are trained to be safety focussed and goal oriented.

I believe XPO need to start giving incentive to their employees. Also, when promoting an internal candidate to the next level position, why the pay is minimum? The employee hired from outside of the company, always got better pay as compared with the internal promotions. This really impact on morals
