I love my BU leadership team. Knowledgable, personable and appreciative. My BU is laser focused on our 3 year plan. I'm not as sold on XPO executive leadership. Other than the GXO spin, i don't know what our vision is.

Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?

Shared services don't have the upside that sales roles do. One is revenue generating while the other is not. Get it. But it doesn't change the fact that share services are doing the job they were hired for and many times exceed expectations. Upside is never even close to as lucrative.
