When we have the proper staffing to execute our operation and as a result meet our goals and objectives. I also get excited when we perform to our customers' expectations.

Do not feel that I am compensated fairly when compared against managers running similar or smaller size service centers while taken in consideration my years with XPO and within the industry. There is also a big differential in compensation when compared to the competition.
