Generally everyone is busy with their work, no one wants to have deeper interactions, after finishing work, everyone returns home
thye should more efficiently recruit new people who leave the company, rather than putting extra work on us..a person leaves every month, and the extra work falls on us. They should also be more flexible, and listen to more people
I have been working for XPO Key PL for 3 years, I do not feel appreciated as an employee who has work experience.Every year i ask for a raise but i never got, only the 1%-2 % annual which every employee gets.And XPO key PL never pays for overtime.
