I love my job, just wish that we would have better outcomes for LTL service. Partner carriers such as Forward Air & Central Transport do not respond to emails or update their website which is not conducive to promoting features on Connect for "real time tracking" as noted on our website

Stop horsing around with videos / memes / Gif's etc & concentrate on billing RTP / RTB, obtaining carrier invoices etc. Minutes wasted = $$ loss

Roll over of PTO, Would like to say commissions but the process to apply payments to invoices takes over 2 months & then i get paid on the 3rd month. I've been in sales for over 25 yrs & 3 months to receive a commission is way too long in my opinion. Not to mention that XPO is showing in the Red
