I can only answer this about my direct manager, as I do not have any communication with executives. My direct managers DOS, DGM, SCM really care about the customer experience and always answer questions, and get involved when necessary.
To much is being invested in Executives, and less is being focused on front line training. For example, OS&D is out of control. There needs to be face to face training so all OS&D personnel are on the same page.
I am the lowest paid LAE within my district. I came from a CSR so I now believe that was a factor in my initial pay scale. I feel all LAE's, at least within the district should be paid equally.
