Pay people fairly, give yearly merit raises, pay workers more for making the effort to get more certifications. Examples- Forklift operators, DG certifications, ETC. The bonuses are are not clear and are at best random? The company promises raises when a person changes positions and they don't pay!

XPO Logistics is a multi-billion dollar company and day to day business is ran poorly. Also they believe that making the simpliest tasks have to have 250 steps. Your SWI system is foolish, simple tasks DO NOT NEED A 75 PAGE SWI!The more complicated you make a task,more mistakes are going to be made!
