Hire based on merit. and improve their own skills. Frequently i'm managed by leaders who have no clue on the daily goings on. They don't know the processes or job, they don't know they inter-department dynamics, and they hire those without proven job skill
A fair compensation. I am an operations supervisor. My leaders make a bonus based on performance my hourly reports do the same, but i do not. Why? I am also paid the same as a WH supervisor when my DC job has more responsibility and visibility. Pay is not related to work, but based on a Title.
