My experience at Anritsu has been one of both highs and lows. The highs are when a task is geared around my experience and realistic dates to complete the task. The lows are when working on many projects and each leader expects a lot which leads to none of the leaders understanding my workload.

Culture: Hiring of friendly, bright individuals who care about both their job and their external lives. Environment: Casual, but professional .. with many opportunities to feel good about day to day interactions with a wide variety of quality individuals.

Maybe I do not understand the market ... but I feel, in general, Anritsu overpays a new employee and underpays a valued long term employee who has commited to embrace the Anritsu culture and strives to learn and be a mentor of Anritsu only applications and IP.

The most positive thing about the Anritsu (MH) culture is the commitment that is made to a valued employee. The culture in Morgan Hill is a blend of Japanese and American values. I like this blend. The most positive thing regarding the environment is working at a comfortable place.
