The best thing about our team is how everyone is invested in everyone's success and everyone builds each other up. There is so much passion here at Calix, but everyone works together to amplify each other's efforts. This is the most positive culture I've been a part of.

My favorite part of my role is being able to help my colleagues succeed, whether that's helping them on an award submission highlighting their work or helping craft a success story to share internally. I love that people trust me to highlight their work that they are so passionate about.
