Love being on a team where I'm almost never the smartest person in the room on a given thing. There's always someone to learn from or someone who is the internal expert on the topic at hand.

The leadership team very clearly cares for the individual employees as well as the overall company success. Despite being a mid-large org, there is still a healthy amount of flat openness between strata that enables conversations and knowledge sharing. This is something I've never encountered before
