My last work environment was so negative. I didn't even realize how negative it was until I started with Dispatch. Truly, everything is positive! The whole Dispatch culture is about building up instead of tearing down. Everyone makes mistakes and Dispatch encourages it's employees to learn from the mistakes in a positive way.

I love that the leadership team continues to talk about the positive things that Dispatch is doing. Rather than focusing on "what we're doing wrong", the focus is "how do we take our good work and make it better".
