Leadership is personable and will listen, but sometimes the lines get so blurred that professionalism and seriousness get compromised. Favorites can be obvious at times.

They hear EVERYONE, no matter where you are on the ladder. They value us and allow so much room for growth w/in the company! As a brand new DHMT, voiced a concern, next day had a meeting with regional DHMT lead to discuss. DH has always been receptive and proactive for their employees

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Probably resigning is what they all should get better at. The leadership is toxic and greedy to a person. They could care less about the clinical employees in the field. Oh, and thanks for the cheap holiday gift made in China that is probably full of carcinogens.

New job opportunities often but it seems you need to be friends with care management to be considered. Please consider job applicants who meet/exceed the requirements instead of skipping over them due to personal bias. Address toxic/hostile behaviors from supervisors the first time. Cliquish mgmnt

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
PTO for providers is a joke. You claim to be concerned about wellness because you think it sounds good. How about giving us some reasonable time off?

I am part time, so answered no. If I am eligible for any benefits would gladly enroll. Don't know about retirement investments for part timers.

Training is rushed and unfocused. Things are always changing but hardly communicated so you are held to an evolving standard that you may not even be aware of. Mgmnt team is not open to being questioned. There is a some but not all mentality when correcting employees so cozy up to mgmnt

I am not paid enough for the job that I do. DH needs to check on the fair market salaries. I have been looking at other employment outside of DH.

I do not feel fully empowered to do my job. The team has not been given goals or information about what metrics are being used to measure performance. We have not been given a clear vision for how the cross-functional teams interact to achieve organizational goals. A tendency toward blame exists.

The people in work with directly are always open and willing to help out. Helps when you work with some for 10 hours a day. In office, I walk in and everyone always greets you and chats with you as you start your day

There is a gym... Co-workers help keep the morale up when its low. Supervisors are hit or miss but Sups we used to have really kept the morale up and were avail to help.

Seeing patients in their homes. Have always enjoyed doing housecalls as a PA and PCP. This is one step further
