The EMTs are mostly fantastic. Some other APPs don't always practice as high-quality care as I would like, but are pleasant to work with. There is a good sense of comradery. The team helps each other out. We work hard and we have a lot of fun. I love working side-by-side with one other person (EMT).

Fellow APP's are competent and helpful. DHMTs are generally easy to get along with and some of them have impressive skills

Lack of diversity IMO. This has improved once they brought in the temp agents. Co-workers have shared feelings of DH so its easy to talk confide in your co-workers

I am surrounded by incredibly smart and passionate people for our mission. Leadership does a great job of allowing accountability throughout the organization and coaching those to develop as needed. The team takes a lot of pride in what we do and it shows through the energy we bring everyday.

I love my team, because we really have adopted "all in" as our motto. We work together to drive solutions. Everyone is given the opportunity to shine. I'm as happy to see my colleagues win as they are me. It's refreshing, uplifting, and really keeps reinforcing why I love what I do.

Smart, hardworking and positive outlook

The "workers" get along great! I think if the time comes to go back to the office, it'll be fun.

Though we are all remote, I do however feel connected to them. They are funny, and very approachable.

The availability of everyone to share information, check in on the others and offer assistance. Everyone has an open line, no one ignores or pushes back when you ask for help. In fact its the opposite. Once you state you need some help, it comes pouring in from everyone on the team.

They are inclusive and fun to work with. They are compassionate regarding patient care and I enjoy coming to work.

Diverse backgrounds of our team members has led to great skills teaching sessions and knowledge sharing. Everyone is always willing to answer a call and help, even when they aren't on shift.

When I transferred to nsh, there was a ton of tension, and it was very shady and toxic. Heidi has done an amazing job to listen and make the culture better. New staff has come on and they seem have values, and take pride in their job. It has improved, but we still have a few sour apples.

Coworkers are fine. Not much feedback.
