We help each other out, work hard, and have a lot of fun. Good working relationships and friendships are common here.
We are a big huge, happy, loving, diverse, accepting and empowering family. We are all here for each other and want to see each other be bigger and better

The people in work with directly are always open and willing to help out. Helps when you work with some for 10 hours a day. In office, I walk in and everyone always greets you and chats with you as you start your day

There is a gym... Co-workers help keep the morale up when its low. Supervisors are hit or miss but Sups we used to have really kept the morale up and were avail to help.

There is a balance of enablement, collaboration and supportive teamwork. Everyone is supportive of the mission becoming a singular motivation for the team. Everyone respects the roles of coworkers at both corporate and field levels.

DispatchHealth is an innovative trailblazer in how we care for patients. They understand that the frontline teams are the backbone of the company and always looking how to remove barriers to support the team.
Everyone supports each other to the best of their ability. We communicate well. We're minimizing siloing. Each of us appreciates the value that the other brings. It is "teamwork" personified.
Not sure yet still new
Leadership is present abd positive, and not in a diluted, artificial way. It feels genuine. They are trustworthy
The start up culture is a great place to work. They are always open to feedback and willing to implement new ideas from the field.
Everyone is is part of Dispatch for a reason, to help people. I think that spreads across the whole company, even Corporate.
Dispatch is destined for greatness, and I can contribute in making that happen. I feel that the Company genuinely cares about their employees.
Supportive, helpful, encouraging. The team is just that - a team - it is all for one and one for all.
The engagement with staff and patients
Attitude. I feel like everyone shows up for the same reasons...to provide the best care possible to our patients. I love how supported I feel, despite the fact that I can practice autonomously. Support is everything when you are remote!
Everyone is eager to help.
Hire an HR department that isn't hostile to the employees.

Stop structuring goals around speeding up visits and stop eliminating team bonding time. Demonstrably value your employees as people.
More time off. Stop sending to homes of inappropriate patients, management here spends a lot of time gossiping behind backs and talking about employees to peers
More value on retention, market wages, of your highly akilled APPs, room for advancement, better bonus pay. If DH want OT or extra shifts 1.5x regular pay is standard, often my other groups offer 2x pay rate. Travel being compensated is expected and should be referred to as part of the bonus pay.
Incitive bonus or trips so you can keep your employer engaged in work and be proactive
Providing more for the patient facing employees. We need more PTO
Commitment to equipment maintenance and repair
DispatchHealth is growing extremely fast which creates an extremely fast paced work environment. It puts stress on Management who then puts stress on their employees. Doesn't seem DH Leadership has taken into account the effect the extremely fast growth would have on individual departments and teams
