Depth of knowledge, some of the smartest minds in medicine! And very creative, it's refreshing to work with out of the box thinkers.

Engaged, empathetic, and responsive. They have a clear vision on they want to scale and grow to positively impact the patient experience and elevate how quality health care is delivered at home.
Review from Operations Dept
welcoming and approachable to all team members

Leadership is personable and will listen, but sometimes the lines get so blurred that professionalism and seriousness get compromised. Favorites can be obvious at times.

They hear EVERYONE, no matter where you are on the ladder. They value us and allow so much room for growth w/in the company! As a brand new DHMT, voiced a concern, next day had a meeting with regional DHMT lead to discuss. DH has always been receptive and proactive for their employees

I like the flow of communinicatuon that exist in office and when you are out on the field.

They are willing to connect with the team on a regular basis. They constantly share their opinions and vision as well as open to the opinions of the team. It is great to work at a company with such access to leadership.

Two main qualities I appreciate from my leadership is accessibility and transparency.
What I admire most about the DispatchHealth's leadership is their attention to detail. Not only are they focused on drive organizational excellence, but they care as much about me and my colleagues as they do those we serve. We have each other's backs. And, that shows in everything that we do.
Leadership is very Accessable to staff.
authenticity, i feel they REALLY care about me as an individual and my professional value. They set an example for the positive culrure of this company. they honestly welcome diversity and are not afraid to make open, public discussion about acceptance, which contributes greatly to the culture
Transparency - there is great communication from the executive level all the way down to the teams on the road.
The Leadership Team is the most informative and caring folks I've seen in my many years of working in the Healthcare Industry. They share their vision for the company, are invested in your well-being, and I believe in Dr. Prather, since my orientation. I do however pray for the Managers.
The sharing of information to make my, and the organizational goals clear
Team mindset, teachable opportunities with an open atmosphere to ask questions and gain deeper insight into job expectations.
I truly feel like DispatchHealth is a family. From the first moment I walked through the doors, I was made to feel welcomed and supported. We have a strong team in our market and I love to come to work...a strong team is nothing without strong leaders.
Still learning along with us.
They listen to the needs of the employees
work environment and support received
Probably resigning is what they all should get better at. The leadership is toxic and greedy to a person. They could care less about the clinical employees in the field. Oh, and thanks for the cheap holiday gift made in China that is probably full of carcinogens.

Need more personable and less abrasive management. Care about employees more and actively demonstrate that with company policies and goals.
New job opportunities often but it seems you need to be friends with care management to be considered. Please consider job applicants who meet/exceed the requirements instead of skipping over them due to personal bias. Address toxic/hostile behaviors from supervisors the first time. Cliquish mgmnt

Be more aware of what's actually going on in the department. Seems that higher ups are getting farther and farther away from the employees. Be more approachable and don't depend on middle management for real answers.
Communication, positive reinforcement, follow up, follow through
Scheduling: I can look ahead and see where DH is short staffed, but only addresses it the "holes" a few days before. Stinks to have changes made or be cancelled so late in the game.
Tacoma managers recently tried to enforce mandatory overtime through scheduling excess on call shifts to the DHMTs. Some were under scheduled for 10-11 shifts with 3-5 on calls, others were scheduled for 14-16 shifts with 5 on call shifts. No regard for work life balance.
Providing yearly raises to providers, especially as Dispatch is doing very well due to the providers hard work. Improved communication Addressing burnout with staff Limiting changes to processes
Our leadership team consistently pushes people out when they aren't yes men
Organization, better pay and benefits. They cater more to the medical providers than the corporate staff that does all the back end work. Need to offer 401k to all staff members and company discounts. Once again can only get certain things if a provider
Communication, follow up, training and inclusion
recognizing non-clinical team members, that support the company/clinical folks
