There is real cultivation of encouragement and celebrating everyone's personal wins.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is personable and will listen, but sometimes the lines get so blurred that professionalism and seriousness get compromised. Favorites can be obvious at times.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very supportive and knows how to have fun. I feel valued and that people want to get to know me beyond the day to day of the job.
