I like how personable they are. They show that they actually care about you as a person and an employee!
Transparent and always willing to give credit where credit is due.
"Open Door" Engagement and Communication
Love everything about the job, the purpose, mission, and team. The pay is awful low though...the only reason I would leave.
The Leadership Team is the most informative and caring folks I've seen in my many years of working in the Healthcare Industry. They share their vision for the company, are invested in your well-being, and I believe in Dr. Prather, since my orientation. I do however pray for the Managers.
Be more aware of what's actually going on in the department. Seems that higher ups are getting farther and farther away from the employees. Be more approachable and don't depend on middle management for real answers.
Organization, better pay and benefits. They cater more to the medical providers than the corporate staff that does all the back end work. Need to offer 401k to all staff members and company discounts. Once again can only get certain things if a provider
Benefits are made affordable for all on a budget as myself.
Very competitive pay for position.
Room to grow in salary
PTO for leadership is great
The health care benefits are the best part of the compensation package.
My position should be an hourly position. It was ok at first but I'm putting in some serious hours and not being reimbursed for them.
If I had been told before hand that I would be taking a $5 pay cut from which I was being paid through the Temp company. I was never informed and now I'm struggling and having to find out another source of Income just to help with this. And being a mom of 3 that is extremely hard to do.
Paid the same for the last couple years with a less than a $1 wage increase, despite receiving the highest level in my employee evaluation. Job pays about 30% less than comparable jobs, according to Salary.com and Indeed.com
I work really hard and I feel I am not compensated appropriately for the job I do.
I feel as though I have to fight for appropriate compensation, although I am highly qualified in my area. This company tends to underpay young employees, even though they may be more qualified. I believe in equal pay for equal work. For a long time I was making an unlivable wage for my area.
I like the fact that I get to communicate with some of the nice people that I met when I first started.
High intelligence paired with personability
help each other out; everyone pulls their weight. truly care about each other
Though we are all remote, I do however feel connected to them. They are funny, and very approachable.
The "workers" get along great! I think if the time comes to go back to the office, it'll be fun.

Everyone is is part of Dispatch for a reason, to help people. I think that spreads across the whole company, even Corporate.
Dispatch is destined for greatness, and I can contribute in making that happen. I feel that the Company genuinely cares about their employees.
The fact that we stand for a company that helps individuals medically.
Love the "dispatch way" everyone is willing to jump in and help where needed.
The shared understanding of the positive impact we are having on healthcare

The fact that I know I'm going to be helping someone get the care that they deserve. From people that I know will help them.
Coming up with solutions to problems.
Delivering results on tasks that will impact patient care positively
I can be instrumental in doing the job expected of me. On the downside, it is quite scary, as my assignments are time sensitive; (must make things happen).,
When I learn something new.
Our team is overallocated and under supported. I have historically been given "deliverables" that are not possible and simply lack the resources. I do not get reasonable time with my supervisor as they are more focused on their areas of interest rather than all programs in their purview
