It's been a few months working with Dispatch but I look forward to going to work every day. I like that I can choose my own schedule based on my personal needs, which allows me to go to school and spend time with my family

I like the flow of communinicatuon that exist in office and when you are out on the field.

I only answered no, because I haven't been to one, being that I am a fairly new empkoyee
What did you like most about the interview process?
It felt like a conversation with a fellow employee, as ifninhad worked withbthem for years, even while answering the "difficult" questions, theyndidnt feel difficult at all.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working 10 hours a day is a breeze because it doesn't feel like work, that's the best part and it's the best balance of home and work that I've had in many years
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people in work with directly are always open and willing to help out. Helps when you work with some for 10 hours a day. In office, I walk in and everyone always greets you and chats with you as you start your day
