Lots of challenges everyday, like shaking up the skeletons in the closet and fixing them and improving how we deliver things, continual service improvement as they say.

Culture of helping one another to be able to deliver what's best for the customer. Collaboration to deliver what is needed. Helping one another and filling up the gaps to deliver what is needed. Less talk and more work to achieve the wanted result is the key.

Clear communication from my manager on the goals that I have to meet, there has been no communications from my manager about my goals for the Financial Year. There is no planned trainings and certificataions for us to take to improve our own skills, it is left up to us.
