
Since I have come to DXC, I have noticed that DXC does care about the employees. The one downfall is promotions and salary increases. I do feel that with the new CEO, DXC is working to correct the downfall.

There are plenty of engaging groups you can join, healthy habits you can take on and plenty of learning opportunities.
Everyone communicates and tries to make sure all facets of the Company work together, and we are not siloed by system.
That I am able to constantly dig in and learn new things as well as being able to help out wherever needed.
I love how they are open, transparent, engaging and work to make sure everyone at the Company feel that this is a great place to work.
The team I am on is great and works very well together. Majority of the team has the background and skills to keep DXC successful.
Being able to provide input and support across the team. Also having a team where majority of the individuals are working to make sure DXC is successful.
With a promotion should come a raise, but it seems very hard to get raises or even merit increases. The new CEO has indicated that he is working on rectifying this situation.
The team I work on is strong and we collaborate so that any changes are done to the system moving forward. We also try to engage other teams so that they consider the overall impact and not just work in a box.
While I understand the Company is trying to make sure the earnings are up, there is a need to make sure that folks doing great work are properly rewarded and promoted. I was recently moved to a management position with several people reporting to me, but no promotion occurred.
