I have worked for 3 companies in 16 years (HP, HPE and DXC), At HP, they were more employee oriented, had volunteer activities cover by the company, motivate you to growth, had more employee engagement...for me this was great. DXC has lost a lot of this, waiting for a great experience in DXC.
