
My ability to control my own schedule, work pace, and the people I work with on a daily basis.
They *appear* to have the right vision and intent. They talk a good talk at least, and that is encouraging after the abject lack of leadership previously.
The people I work with. That's about it right now. Until we really start seeing all these promises we have been hearing about, my co-workers are the only positive right now.
We are the best! We know how to get the job done, still have a good time in spite of drama and stress, and know we can absolutely rely on each other when needed.
I am consistently ranked as an "exceeds" employee. And yet I am under paid by market standards, have not received a raise of any sort in 5 years. Now my health insurance costs have increased, and the corporate contribution has decreased. Yes - I absolutely feel "undervalued". How about a raise?
