
I honestly don't have much to say about that. My boss leaves me alone and lets me do my thing unless I really need help. That is about it.
Recieiving bonus and pay increase for job. I have more area than any other manager in the company. According to the states my teams do not miss dates and we are always effective and timely. That should speak volumes
The leadership team needs to actually understand the front line. They have taken away our bonus or pay increase but consistently ask us for more. They do not backfill nor do they understand what it takes to do the front line job. They spend money on initiatives that could be better spent elsewher
