I like to work and like what I do, I like the people, many I have worked with since the 1990's (Verizon). However, the lesser pay, incentives, benefits, etc. are lacking. Upper management's micromanaging is insulting to seasoned employees that have done this for a long time.

Working with some of the same team/manager I worked with previously as Verizon employee. We all work very well together.

I am former Verizon, was brought back as Contractor, then hired back on doing same job I have done since 1990's. Making over $30,000 LESS than what I made with Verizon, no raises, no bonuses, more work.

Our local team are friends at work and in community. Overall, the culture in my organization micromanages to much in our day to day work, as if we are not seasoned employees that know how to do our job, but we are children that have to be told every step what to do and report it. It is damaging.
