Frustrating and difficult to keep up with the constant changes in process flow and department functions. Changes aren't always for the better when it doesn't slow down enough to actually see what kind of changes should be implemented, if any. It creates more confusion and frustration.

Upper management seems to be focused too much on counting heads and saving money. Rather than improving infrastructure, technology, equipment, customer service, quality of service delivered to customer and different revenue streams. Counting heads costed us valuable and knowledgeable people.

They need to work at improving our infrastructure and technology to keep pace with the communications industry as well as competition. Focus on improving revenue instead of micromanaging the employees doing the actual work. Too much time focused on counting, timing, and the process.
