I was part of AT&T before being acquired by Frontier....I feel we went backwards since being acquired....systems, salary, benefits, retirement, 401k matches, just about all categories....

Really smart and bright folks! Everyone seems to offer to help in almost all circumstances! I think very highly of our team

We used to get bonuses and raises....now we get just a paycheck which is good! Our senior leadership did not even take the time to tell us why there was no increase this year. At least tell us why.....But, we then read how Frontier is trying to approve 38 million in bonuses for senior leadership.

I really like my Boss as she shares and encourages improving our skill set. I cant say much about our senior leadership team as most of them have been there for years, yet we are under chapter 11. Most of us do not have any confidence in our Senior Leadership, but we give our best everyday-
