The best thing about the team that I work on is that everyone treats each other like family. As a result there are high expectations, married with high levels of support.

I liked the ability to meet with multiple high-level leaders in the organization. It told me a lot about the company culture, that VP's were interviewing me for a mid-level management role.

The best attribute of the leadership team is the level of transparency. Every week the company gets together on Friday afternoon for 'founders week' where they discuss areas of success, opportunity, and shout out individuals who went above and beyond the week prior.

O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?

What makes me most happy is my ability to be an entrepreneur within my own role. I have the trust and flexibility to create and execute upon my own projects and overall vision as long as it is aligned with the goals of the department.
