The only decent thing about EVS is the friends you may make. If your boss lets you even talk to them. They will help your sanity quite a bit.

the housekeeping leaders Erika and Michael need to stop being so controlling. They keep losing employees left and right and then overworking the remaining staff, thus losing more of their staff. You'll never feel appreciated, but you will feel burned out.

Yes I feel undervalued. Honestly start with a thank you. They don't even do as little as thank you for your hard work. They will only thank the employees they favor and the favoritism is inappropriate and very obvious and unreal
