The CEO of the nonprofit makes 15 million and we are one of the country's most underpaid nursing staff. Since he was hired 2yrs ago, he increased his salaryx3 from the previous CEO, sold thousands of jobs, Cut budgets and eliminated many jobs and I could go on. I used to like it here. Drop him

In general, the environment with coworkers is great. The nurses and staff need to be listened to. The doctors are great about listening to patient's needs, but upper hospital and company management don't care about the patients or the staff
