My team consists of a number of people who have supported restaurant staff remotely and in person for years. We work hard, take on problems that other teams can't or don't want to deal with, accept responsibility, and try and improve our processes continuously.
Running a restaurant is not rocket science. Stop focusing on initiatives that don't solve any of our real issues. Stop relying on lame "influencers" and make the commercials funny again. Invest in better quality food. Add more staff at the restaurants. And solicit and address employee feedback!
