This is probably one of the best jobs I have ever had. I am able to do my work within timelines but at my own pace. I am able to leave when needed for emergencies. I would recommend working for LHC because of how much I have learned and grown in the past few years.

I am most happy at work when I make a difference or I'm asked to assist on a spreadsheet or document for someone who is higher up on the totem pole. I enjoy feeling needed with bigger projects.

I don't necessarily feel undervalued. I have a lot of new found responsibilities that I have been doing for a little while now and don't feel that I am paid for the amount of projects I am responsible for.

The most positive about environment is that I am an independent worker and I am able to do that things I need without having to answer directly to someone every day. I love being able to be in my own office without the disturbances of a complete office setting.

My leadership team is always open and honest about what the expectations are with my job. I also love not being completely micromanaged. Yes, I am managed efficiently but I enjoy being able to do my job without the hassle of feeling like I have someone over my shoulder all day.

My team is always encouraging. I am comfortable reaching out any of my coworkers to ask questions and they will always answer me quickly. My team also always has my back and I love feeling like I am cared about by coworkers. Not just with work life but personal life as well.
