At a meeting years ago our CEO/owner told us to take care of the patients and the money would take care of itself. Even in these changing/challenging times that is foremost in our culture and I love it.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
When we can do something that actually improves a patients life. We are in a very rural area, I see patients in the grocery store all the time who give me hugs and thank me for our help.
