Better benefits and pay. Bring bonuses back. Adequate furniture and equipment for use at work. More pleasant people in charge and willing to listen and address issues in a calm manner. More transparency within the company.

rewarding all for the work that is completed daily. Pay is inadequate for what is expected of each team member. Reducing drama and approaching issues calmly and professionally. Better benefits are a must considering competition with other home health agencies and hospital pay rates.
