There's no collaboration or willingness to collaborate to improve the culture.
First step would be to know the leadership team. Then know the goals of the leadership team
We need to work as a team with positive attitudes willing to grow ourselves professionally by being open to change and empowering one another.
Currently I feel undervalued because I am treated as just a warm body filling a position. When I accepted the compensation for the role I was not presented with clear description of the role responsibilities.
