The leadership team needs to get better at being more personal and vested in the employees as individuals vs an employee number. There is so much back peddling and lack of respect that it makes an employee not want to stay with the company.

There is not much positivity at the company because most everything that is discussed is negative words translated from corporate to the branch. So….the only positive that we know is going to happen is we are never going to be given praise for

To be compensated based on the quantity and quality of work performed. So much time is put into this job outside of office hours that salary does not compensate. A PCM should be compensated closer to the ED salary as they are the one responsible for the Branch when the ED is out of the office.
