Compensation in the tri-state ranks higher vs. Mondelez. Benefit of WFH is now offered elsewhere. Increased salary and/or other benefits (perks) would offset the competition in our industry.

Opportunity to learn and grow! Love that we encourage moves and development opportunities. Some of these come with 'red tape', yet mostly leans to a HAPPY environment depending on your agility and ability.

The products we were on force us to be consumer centric AND we are consumers. Snacks are fun and that tends to translate into the work. Some of our categories leverage the FUN more than others based on pressures given in the BU/Region
