i came here 2 yrs ago and strongly believe I made the right decision for a variety of reasons. Management the 2-3 levels above me have been fantastic. Back Office Ops is understaffed; Pre-Sales Architects are understaffed. That's life in Corporate America but it caps out possible productivity.

It's been a positive experience. There are always struggles with Integration companies around Delivery talent and not quite adequate staffing levels but that's the world we live in regardless.

I think that given the market now, my salary is low. A 15% raise would seem to be fair. Additionally, given supply chain shortages, this has put a delay in invoicing which impacts my payouts. Not sure what can be done about that but raising my salary to in line w the market seems a fair comment.
