The company won't survive another two years. We are competing the giants (Amazon) and losing customers. The only way we can bring them back is to offer excellent customer service, which is impossible to do with so few employees, due to ongoing payroll cuts.

Over the years, the company has gotten progressively worse. Programs and policies are constantly changing with no advance notice or follow-up communication/training. Heads roll all the time; there's zero job security.

Due to recent company changes and budget cuts, the morale of my co-workers is at an all-time low and no one cares if they do a good job, if they show up for work at all.

The only way I can see to improve the work situation is to hire qualified management at both the store level and corporate level. Promote from within, rather than pulling in someone from the outside who has no experience with this type of business.
