
The positives about panda express is they pay well, even starting pay is above the states minimum wage. Most importantly the company gives minorities a chance to be successful where other companies might not give them a fair chance.
The co-workers try their best. In my experience the mistakes that are made comes from bad management/ improper training or management ignoring training opportunities to improve employees performance. Many cases some employees are not aware they are doing something wrong.
Leadership is sales driven and mostly professional. But everyone seems to be on a different page. I have been told by managers that they have to change how they act and talk depending on what member of upper management is in front of them because they each expect something different out of you.
The interview in my personal situation was easy and laid back, but also professional. But I have heard some interviews that were very tough such as timing you while you take all of your keys off of your key ring and put them back on. It really depends on the manager and his/her personality.
