My experience over the last two years have been fantastic. I've grown a lot both in my career and as an individual. There were many memorable moments of triumph over difficult challenges as a team and fun memories of celebrating those triumphs together.

Our leadership actively care about the team and are very approachable. They exemplify the values they preach and give credit where credit is due. They provide lots of opportunities for individuals to bring their whole selves to work and be at their best.

The whole process went quite smoothly and organized. I was told when I'd get a phone interview and the interviewing recruiter called promptly. My in person interview also when as scheduled and my interviewers were polite, prompt and engaging. The questions were challenging but appropriate.

The team actively goes out of their way to be welcoming and take an interest in each others lives. We care beyond just what we work on but the well being and happiness of each other. We celebrate each others life goals and achievements and contribute where we can.

I feel I have the necessary resources and support to get my job done and done well while also have ample opportunity to engage in new challenges and to grow my career. I'm also constantly being exposed to new ideas and learning things I did not know that I wanted to learn about.
