I've been here for 5 years and while I am looking forward to find something in the future aligned with my career (Civil engineering) I am enjoying my time here while I finish college and it has been amazing.

Despite I believe in my department we don't get as much recognition as others. I still like my compensation package. I believe is fair and competitive

I like they use the START method, making it easy for people to explain situations and showcase their abilities. It gives structure to the process and helps identify qualify candidates.

I like their open-door policy and flexibility; despite having to meet the needs of the business, the leadership team manages and promotes a healthy work environment. They care about the employees and really try to stay involve.

The fact that we have a great sense of community and team work. In my team I am the only female and I'm so happy and feel very welcome, my gender has never been a problem or a topic of discussion and I truly enjoy working with a team of professionals
