What is the best part about your compensation package?
the pay is up there with the best of the companies in brevard

they always change the bonus i honestly liked it before more. i am one of the top sellers and with this new bonus structure i don't like it so much they can keep it they way it is but leaving the numbers/ amounts we earned per car the last few months would be better and more motivating

making money of course! i love when i have a hot lead and were working together for a few days and they are asking me great questions and making me have to think about my objections those are always great and i know and feel good about the sale when we have multiple follow-ups
