I feel undervalued a little simply because of the pay. It's easy to come into this company and learn different lines of business without the pay. I currently have worked 4 lines of business, and the pay doesn't match it. Ops managers are paid more to do less while TL's are paid less to do more.

I feel the workload is a little bit heavy and deserves more pay. There are positions that have less tasks with more pay. The position can be a bit challenging and i feel that if the pay were a little better it would show the employees how much they are valued and appreciated vs feeling unvalued.
