they are all really friendly and kind and listen and want to help you be better. if you need to take time off and need help with your hours too they will work with you
What makes you most happy at work?
making money of course! i love when i have a hot lead and were working together for a few days and they are asking me great questions and making me have to think about my objections those are always great and i know and feel good about the sale when we have multiple follow-ups
What is the best part about your compensation package?
they always change the bonus i honestly liked it before more. i am one of the top sellers and with this new bonus structure i don't like it so much they can keep it they way it is but leaving the numbers/ amounts we earned per car the last few months would be better and more motivating
