I elected NOT to participate, but from what I have seen they are on par if not better than most companies offer. I did not select them because I already have medical insurance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The bonus structure is low. The annual salaries do not align with industry standards. and the Health insurance programs have little coverage and high premiums
