Short staffed by A LOT with no movement to hire a general manager or extra bodies to help. We're doing the work of at least two people each. But we are deemed "overstaffed" by higher ups.

Our customers see that we are short staffed. They see that one cashier is getting fish for a group of people while they wait to be checked out. We can't keep great customer service if we can't provide it.
