I had a shakey start, it was tough to get the hang of things. but once I started to figure things out, it has been all up hill from there. It allowed for me to realize I can actually be successful and driven in my career.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I started out as a fresh graduate with 0 experience. I had a shaky start in terms of billing, but I was doing all of the right things. My manager stuck by me and provided support where needed and now I am on of the top performers on my team. You get out what you put in.

Ringing deals and placements. because it makes all of it worth it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work hard, play hard mentality. We work as hard as possible during the work, while still having fun to decompress.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are incredibly transparent about what is going on and it appears that they are looking out for their employee's best interests.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all pulling in the same direction. No one is really here for a free ride and all want the success for the person sitting next to them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
THE COMMISSION, based on what I have heard about other agencies, Phaidon is very generous with their commission structure. Which definitely helps to ease up on the somewhat lower base.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work hard play hard environment. There is a high expectation and standard for the quality of work we conduct. But we are also rewarded through fun events after hours.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very similar in terms of personality and goals and ambitions. But also, I could see myself becoming friends with most of them regardless of working together
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The very very generous commission structure. They are very transparent about the majority of our compensation being based on Commission. What is even better is that it is achievable to make placements from day 1

I like the fact that the executive leadership is very transparent and approachable. They all of the same vision, which gets trickled down to even the most junior consultant. Creating a well balanced, cohesive company culture and environment
