Appreciation and admiration for others when it occurs is paramount. Kindness in small ways and helping others is uplifting and doesn't go unnoticed by me. Efforts of caring and smiles shift the atmosphere tremendously. Sometimes we lose sight of the power of positive kindness and empathy.

Those not in a position of authority need to be less condescending and KIND. Efforts to help as a team is lacking, bad attitudes and passive aggressive behavior along with attitudes of being good better than others is totally negative. More selflessness and less selfishness needs to happen.

Kindness, appreciation, happiness, smiles, true concern, happy members, and feeling liked as a person are much needed glow-ups. Everyone has their own personal struggles but there is always a choice to be kind and caring that must be prioritized. When it is, I am confident in myself and happy.

I want better pay for how hard I work. I want recognition and less like I am a hindrance for my concerns. I want yo feel valued, accepted and liked as a person. Friendliness and happiness with thank you being said more often matters. True care and sensitivity are very low and make me feel disliked.
